Klaus Reinwand has been appointed as the new General Manager of the Steigenberger Al Dau Resort, is a holiday resort located in Hurghada in Egypt. The resort is a member of Sami Saad Holding, Hotel Division.

Sami Saad Holding was established as a family owned holding company in 1987, SONID operates in several strategic fields which include automotive, food and beverage, tourism and hospitality.
Hurghada is a beach resort town stretching some 40km along Egypt’s Red Sea coast. It’s renowned for scuba diving and has numerous dive shops and schools in its modern Sekalla district. There are many restaurants, bars, and nightclubs, while the old town, El Dahar, is home to traditional Egyptian coffee shops and souks. Hurghada’s long stretch of sandy beach is lined with resort hotels.
The German brand name Resort Steigenberger Al Dau resort is one of the upscale resorts located oceanfront in Hurghada.
Mr. Reinwand will be responsible for managing the resort operations.

Mr. Klaus has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, extensive knowledge and managing hotels in Switzerland, Germany, India, Turkey and China. Mr. Klaus brings global experience in management positions with international chains that were ranked as top hotels and garnered comprehensive experience in different hotel departments.
Prior to starting with Steigenberger, Mr. Klaus held various positions as Director of Operations at Tunisia Hospitality Group, Area Manager of Jaz Makadi Resort, General Manager of Iberotel Makari Resort and Resident Manager at Iberotel Makadi Beach.
During his career, Mr. Klaus has demonstrated leadership and effective management while responsible for hotel operations, rebranding and restructuring different properties, budgeting and implementing hotel standards.
